South Carolina State Colleges, Community and Technical Colleges Offering Culinary, Restaurant Management, and/or Hospitality Degrees Bob Jones University – Greenville College of Charleston – The Hospitality and Tourism Management Degree program pairs a comprehensive clroom education with an innovative practical work-study program. Gov. McMaster names South Carolina Chef Ambadors for 2022 All members of one cl will be part of the same rotation. A rotation is a complete set of the 10 Culinary Insute courses, beginning with Safety and Sanitation and culminating with Baking Skills II. Each cl in the rotation consists of 32 hours of coursework. A complete rotation consists of 352 hours total coursework. Cles are held at McCutchen House in the evenings on Mondays and Wednesdays OR Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-10 p.m. with some accommodations made for the schedules of our working chefs. Students will attend four-hour cles that incorporate a clroom lecture followed by a "hands-on" kitchen skills laboratory.
